I'm Awkward and I'm Proud

That's right folks I'm awkward. You might be wondering, how does someone know if they know are awk? Have no fear, just take my awk. quiz, cosmo style ;), [the awk. edition, awk. people aren't represented in that magazine].
Question 1: When you tell people about your day, do they cringe, laugh, or are in disbelief that that actually happened. Example, When you tell people that ROTC walked around you, giving marching orders to avoid you.
Question 2: On the dance floor, do people dance inappropriately around you (or on you in some cases) or do they dance at a couple yards away from you, with no intention of prouncing, and are lip syncing and having fun, just like in elementary school?
Question 3: When you get dressed in the morning, do you wear colorful socks, with the hope that you can tell people about it and brighten their day? Or do you wear accessories as clothes (aka, non- exist skirts, and shirts that don't certain important areas)
Question 4: The last time you flirted, was your first thought "i can't believe I told him that random story... aha i am so cool and lame at the same time" or did you think "That's Hott, i'm totally going to tell my bff Paris about it"

See, that's what I thought, we are all awk! proud! and laugh a lot! and don't have bbf's that are millionaires and speak in catch phrases! lol

Clothes... they are NOT optional!

As everyone knows by now, I love to be fully clothed. For example, when I go to the beach, I am the person who is wearing a sundress. Why? Because a. I don't like the ocean, because it overpowers me and then I get salt in my eyes. and B. I like to leave something to the imagination. I don't want to leave the beach and have everyone who had the pleasure of seeing me know exactly what size of everything I wear. I want to have a conversation or play a game of soccer (this has yet to happen). And then, when I am sitting in a meeting and ordering a sweatshirt, the head of publicity will ask me my size, because I have left it mysterious. That's right... this is part 1 of how to be covert.
And now to my main topic. Wear clothes. If it is cold, if it is hot, if you don't know where to begin your day, and lastly when you go out for a night on the town, before you pre-party please WEAR CLOTHES. This is the first step in being classy. A couple nights ago I went to an event and I was horrified, as usual, but moving on, 50% of the women looked like then got in a fight with a grizzly bear, 49% thought that just covering up the essential body parts (ie: a bra and short, short, short, short... almost non-existent shorts)was absolutely fine, if not the norm. And alas 1% of the women were fully clothed, looked classy, had self-respect as well as self- esteem, and in an emergency could handle themselves accordingly. (obivouls I was the 1%)
Just to clarify, classy ALWAYS trumps trashy. This is role number 1 for safety( classy clothes are easier to runaway in, because you won't be causing traffic accidents as drivers won't be wondering if there is in fact a bear on the loose.) and it is also number 1 in mating because you leave something to be discovered in the relationship. You don't want your first impression to be what you look like in ab class. You want to wait until date #5, when you both will go to ab class together (one of the many joys of a relationship). Also, I believe that is better to play hard to get, that is a non-starter if you are not wearing clothes( there is nothing to play for... every body part is on the dance floor... game over or he could ask were the bear is... but i mean that's not cause he likes you or thinks you are attractive, but because of self-preservation.
When in doubt, look CLASSY, be Mysterious, and wait for it wear CLOTHES.
